SUBJECT: Rental Agreement for 180 Camino Pablo, Orinda County
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Rental
Agreement, commencing May 1 , 1987, with John Harrell, Charlene
Harrell, and Scott Harrell for the premises at 180 Camino
Pablo, Orinda, for occupancy under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Rental Agreement.
II. Financial Impact: None. This Agreement will provide revenue
to the County of $10, 080 per year.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: The Agreement
provides for rental of County-owned property on a
month-to-month, as is basis, for $840. 00 per month.

I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Rental
Agreement, commencing August 1, 1987, with William Usinger and
Laurie Bost for the premises at 25 North Lane,. Orinda, for
occupancy under the terms and conditions more particularly set
forth in said Rental Agreement.
II. Financial Impact: None. This Agreement will provide revenue
to the County of $10, 140 per year.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: The Agreement
provides for rental of County-owned property on a month-to-
month, as is basis, for $845 . 00 per month.
