SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 2:00 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez. The following Board members attended the closed
session:
Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak, Chair
Supervisor Tom Powers
Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden
Supervisor Robert I . Schroder
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 3: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
At 6: 30 P.M. the Board again recessed into closed
session, in accordance with the parameters set as forth in the
attached announcement, in the 11th Floor Conference Room, County
Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. The following
Board members attended the closed session:
Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak, Chair

Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden
Supervisor Robert I. Schroder
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 7: 15 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
