SUBJECT: Rental Agreement - Route 3 , Box 5, Oakley
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Rental
Agreement, commencing August 1, 1987, with Margaret and Wayne
Bush for the premises at Route 3 , Box 5, Oakley, for occupancy
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Rental Agreement.
II. Financial Impact: None. This Agreement will provide revenue
to the County of $9, 360 per year.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: The Agreement
provides for rental of County-owned property on a month-to-
month, as is basis, for $780 .00 per month.

SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) a BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a revenue Lease
with Terry Clawson dba Shield Bookkeeping Services for the
premises at 2020 N. Broadway, Suite 207A, Walnut Creek, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Revenues are credited to the General Fund.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provides revenues
from space not required for County use.
