Swindle) Attached find a P-300, description of duties, job application, transfer request and certification document relative to the above subject. This routine request is similar to a number of others we have submitted in the past to laterally reclassify an employee in the Patient Accounting office into the Account Clerk series once they have completed their training as a "billing assistant" . The job description provided is . similar to prior ones we've provided and should not present you any sub- stantive classification issues. Also, since the positions are at the exact same salary level, there is no cost associated with approving this request. Please agenda this P-300 for approval by the Board on their 8/12/87 agenda, if possible. WB:RP:1p attachments cc: Pat Godley Betty Garrison Tony Enea A-41 J/81
