Hazardous Materials Section DATE: July 8 , 1987 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -This is to provide additional information regarding the creation of one full-time Clerk Position requested in our memo of June 17 , 1987 . We are requesting a Clerk - Experienced Level position for the AB 2185/ 2187 program. Duties include but are not limited to the following : Posting information from various documents into program database using IBM PC equipment utilizing R-Base software ; producing reports based on this data , sending invoices for AB 2185 fees generated by computer ; answering questions and providing information to the public concerning the program; organizing and updating file system; maintaining records ; provides information to other departments as required; types letters and memos using Wordstar or Displaywrite software or typewriter ; uses photocopier; answers the telephone on matters pertaining to the program. The incumbent will work under general supervision. The position requires typing at 40 words per minute . Please call me at 372-2286 if you have any further questions.
