SUBJECT: Relocation Claims, Wildcat Creek Project, Richmond Area
Project No. 7527-6D8617 , Task No. ACQ, Account No. 3540
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND
JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
APPROVE relocation assistance claim dated July 8 , 1987 for
the Guzman Family for self-moving allowance of $500. 00.
AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to draw a check for $500. 00
in favor of Jacinto Guzman, Teresa Guzman, Antonio Guzman,
Luis Guzman and Maria Guzman, and deliver to the County Real
Property Division for processing. AUTHORIZE the Principal
Real Property Agent to sign said claim on behalf of District.
II. Financial Impact:
Payment of $500 from Wildcat Creek project funds which are
62% reimburseable from the State Department of Water
Resources.
III. Reasons for Recommendations:
The claimant is entitled to receive relocation benefits
pursuant to Relocation Assistance and Real Property
Acquisition Guidelines adopted by the State of Californi

IV. Background:
The Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation
district took possession of Claimant's house located at 2016-
7th Street, #2 , Richmond, California ori January 1, 1987.
Claimant had occupied the property the necessary amount of
time to qualify for relocation benefits.
V. Consequences of Negative Action:
Project could lose State and Federal funds.
