Adopted this Resolution on August 11 , 1987 by the following vote :

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 87/504
SUBJECT: Accepting Assessment District Screening Committee
Recommendations for Proposed Assessment District
1987- 2 , Discovery Bay Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrade,
Discovery Bay Area.
The Assessment District Screening Committee recommends that
the formation of proposed Assessment District 1987-2 be based on
the following conditions :
1 . regular 1915 Act bonds
2 . 3% bond reserve fund
3 . fee to county for administration not less than 1/2%
4 . plan review , advertisement , inspection and contract
administration will be the responsibility of Sanitation
District-7A
5 a letter from the County Health Officer stating that
the plant expansion is needed for health reasons will
substitute for the standard petition
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the recommendations of the
Assessment District Screening Committee are ACCEPTED.
