NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisors Powers and McPeak ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: CCC Drug Abuse Advisory Board Drug Abuse Services Planning Committee. The Board received a June 17, 1987 letter from Robert Johansen, chairperson, of the Contra Costa County Drug Abuse Advisory Board advising that it is initiating a process to develop a three-year drug abuse services plan and that the planning committee will consist of approximately 15 members who will participate in 8 planning workshops. Mr. Johansen noted that various segments of the community will be represented, as well as one Drug Abuse Advisory Board member from each supervisoral district, and he invited one of the members of the Board of Supervisors to participate as member of this committee. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the aforesaid request is REFERRED to the Internal Operations Committee (Supervisors Fanden and Torlakson) .
