SUBJECT: Lease Option for Sheriff v
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on
behalf of the County, an option to extend the Lease, dated
July 22, 1984, with the U.S. Postal Service for the premises
at 815 Court Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the
Sheriff, under the terms and conditions more particularly set
forth in said Lease Option.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the Sheriff-Coroner.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space
as requested by the Sheriff-Coroner for the Work Alternative
Program.
