Section 1245.235) SUBJECT: Intention to Adopt Resolution of Necessity to Acquire Real Property by Eminent Domain North Richmond Bypass Project No. : 0662-6R4178 Richmond Area RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: It intends to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Richmond area, for road purposes, a public improvement, which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" attached hereto. This Board will meet on August 4, 1987, at 10: 30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers, County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to hear those persons whose property is to be acquired and whose names and addresses appear on the last equalized County assessment roll, and to consider the adoption of the Resolution. The Contra Costa County Real Property Division is DIRECTED to send the following notice to each such person by first-class mail: NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its intention to adopt a Resolution of Necessity for the acquisition by eminent domain of real property in the Richmond area, for road purposes, a public improvement, which property is more particularly described in Appendix "A" attached hereto. The Board will meet on August 4, 1987, at 10: 30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers at 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consider the adoption of the Resolution. Each person whose property is to be acquired and whose name and address appears on the last equalized County assessment roll has the right to appear at such hearing and be heard on: 1. Whether the public interest and necessity require the project; and 2 . Whether the project is planned and located in the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least private injury; and 3 . Whether the property sought to be acquired is necessary for the project; and 4. Whether the offer of just compensation required by Section 7267.2 of the Government Code has been made to the owner of record. PARCEL ONE: Commencing at the Contra Costa County standard street momm ent at the intersection of Parr Boulevard and North Ridmiond Bypass, as said monument is shown on the map entitled, "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan, Contra Costa County, North Richmond Bypass" recorded November 5, 1969 in Book 5998 at page 209 of Official Records of Contra Costa County, said monument bears north 10 18' 47" east 784.78 feet from another standard street mommient in North Richmond Bypass as shown on said map (5998 O.R. 209) ; thence frau said point of commencement south 10 18' 47" west 236.51 feet; thence leaving said monument line south 880 41' 13" east 55.31 feet to a point on the easterly riot of way line of said North Richmond Bypass as shown on said map (5998 O.R. 209) , said point being the point of beginning; thence frcan said point of beginning leaving said easterly right of way line south 790 55' 39" east 25.00 feet to a point from which a radial line of a non-tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 280.00 feet bears south 740 37' 33" east; thence northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 540 28' 2311, an arc distance of 266.21 feet to a point of cusp, on the southerly riot of way line of Parr Boulevard as shown on said map (5998 O.R. 209) , which point shall hereinafter be referred to as Point "X" from which a radial line of a non-tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 200.00 feet bears south 00 21' 30" east; thence southwesterly along said curve and southeasterly line of the said North Richmond Bypass (5998 O.R. 209) through a central angle of 850 07.' 3511, an arc distance of 297.15 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an area of 7,122 square feet of land, more or less. PARCEL TWO: Beginning at Point "X" as said point is described in Parcel One above; thence from said point of beginning north 00 21' 30" west 43.90 feet to the southerly line of Parr Boulevard (30.00, feet in right of way width) ; thence along said line south 880 56' 50" east 243.00 feet; thence leaving said line south 820 18' 27" west 185.36 feet; thence westerly along a tangent curve concave to the south having a radius of 280.00 feet, through a central angle of 120 27' 3711, an arc distance of 60.89 feet to the point of beginning.
