Bragdon Director of Community Development Costa / DATE: July 14, 1987 CC _' SUBJECT: Approval of the 1987-88 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Project Agreement; Najera Estates Homeowners Association SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATIONS Authorize the Chair to approve the 1987-88 CDBG Program Project Agreement with the Najera Estates Homeowners Association with a payment limit of $103, 600 from the Housing Development Assistance Fund. FISCAL IMPACT None. ( 100% HUD Funds) BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The Najera Estates is a single family residential development in the unincorporated community of Oakley. The funds in this agreement will be used to provide mortgage assistance to low and moderate income homebuyers in the form of deferred second deeds of trust.
