Escrow #491884 Quitclaim 7-7-87 Deed The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue a check to the payee in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said Quitclaim Deed recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
