of Board of Appeal's DENIAL of Development Plan #3025-86, for an
office building in the vicinity of the Pleasant Hill BARTD Station
area. (S.D. IV)
SPECIFIC REQUEST S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMMATIONS
1. Grant the appeal filed by Arnold & Associates/Richard J.
Clancy with respect to Development Plan #3025-86 for an
office building at the northwest corner of Treat Boulevard
and Alderwood Lane in the Pleasant Hill BARTD Station area
previously approved with conditions by the Zoning
Administrator.
2. Alternatively, DENY the appeal filed by Richard J. Clancy
with respect to Development Plan #3025-86, for an office
building at the northwest corner of Treat Boulevard and
Alderwood Lane in the Pleasant Hill BARTD Station area,
reaffirming the denial of the Board of Appeals.

appeal had been withdrawn by the applicant. On recommendation of
Supervisor Schroder, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the withdrawal of
the appeal of Arnold and Associates and Richard J. Clancy of the Board
of Appeals denial of Development Plan 3025-86 is ACCEPTED.
