SUBJECT: REZONING Application 2716-RZ, to rezone 2.3 acres from Single
Family Residential District (R-15) to Planned Unit District
(P-1) , Final DevelopmentPlan 3018-87 and Subdivision 6939, to
allow 49 condominium units by Perma-Gilt in the Pleasant Hill
BARTD Station area. (S.D. IV) .
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) i BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Certify the environmental documentation as being adequate.
2. Approve rezoning application 2716-RZ as recommended -by the
County Planning Commission.
3. Approve Final Development Plan #3018-87 and Tentative Map
for Subdivision #6939 subject to the conditions contained
in the County Planning Commission's resolution #26-1987.
4. Adopt the Planning Commission's reasons and findings as set
forth in its resolution as the basis for this decision.
5. Introduce the ordinance giving effect to the rezoning; waive
reading and set June 16, 1987 for adoption of same.

Karl Wandry, 'Community Development Department, advised that the
applicant had withdrawn his appeal of Condition 15C due to agreement
being reached on the condition and that the condition 15C would be
rewritten to reflect the agreement. The Chair opened the public
hearing and no one appearing to speak, the public hearing was closed.
On recommendation of Supervisor Schroder, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED
that the rezoning application is APPROVED as recommended by the
Planning Commission and Ordinance No. 87-53 , giving effect to the
rezoning is INTRODUCED, reading waived and August 4, 1987 is set for
the adoption of same; and the withdrawl of the appeal by the applicant
on Condition 15C is ACCEPTED.
