Government Code Section 54992 describes what steps are necessary before such an ordinance can be adopted. IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The District would be unable to collect sewer service fees for Fiscal Year 1987-88, and therefore would be unable to provide service to the people. Orig.
