Time Required Description of Work
15% Assist Administrative Officer in preparation of Department Budget.
Coordinates the purchasing effort of the department's three divisions
and maintains records. Maintains property control records for the
department.
40%.''- Governs work flow of clerical staff, accounting section, records section,
and central administrative section, Monitors requests from the public
requiring permit disclosures.
100% Maintains personnel records. Does classification study and upgrade
specifications.
5% Assists ASO in preparation of reports for Director and other Supervisory
Personnel for submittal to other governmental agencies, Federal , State
and local .
5% Designated as Ass't. Safety Officer to remain current on OSTIA requirements,
conducts safety surveys and training.
20 In absence of ASO represents Department at depart-mental meetings and
conferences. Answers inquiries as to departmental procedures. Assists
in the maintenance and preparation of Departnental Procedures Manual .
5% Assists ASO in updating goals and objectives of the Department's
Affirmative Action Plan.
