II Martinez, 8-5 OFFICIAL JOB CLASSIFICATION WORKING JOB TITLE Place of Work and Assigned Hours Time Required Description of Work 15% Assist Administrative Officer in preparation of Department Budget. Coordinates the purchasing effort of the department's three divisions and maintains records. Maintains property control records for the department. 40%.''- Governs work flow of clerical staff, accounting section, records section, and central administrative section, Monitors requests from the public requiring permit disclosures. 100% Maintains personnel records.
