The lab courier will spend 2 full days per week one week, and 3 fulltime days the following week in the field in sync with the 4/5 time .STD _driver-clerk. This alternating schedule for each driver-clerk will be coordinated by the Lab Director and Director of ACD. Each day the lab courier will check with the lab clerk to determine which sites have submitted written requests for supplies. The lab courier(LC) will collect these materials from members of the lab staff for delivery. The LC will also take test results and other correspondence to the sites. At each pickup and delivery site the LC will remove specimens from incubators or refrigerators check specimens for proper packaging and transport and double check patient slips with specimens. On arrival at the lab, the LC will distribute specimens to each section of the lab performing the work and give the lab clerk new written supply requests for logging. 50•� Clerical duties: Two days one week and 3 days the next, in sync with the ACD driver-clerk, the LC,under thesupervision . of the lab clerk,perform various clerical duties as required.
