Refinery. FINANCIAL IMPACT None. BACKGROUND Following the occurrence of three incidents at the Shell Oil. Refinery in June, 1986, community concern prompted Supervisor Nancy Fanden to re4uest that the Office of Emergency Services conduct a round-table meeting between Shell Oil Refinery, the County and other government agencies on what steps both Shell Oil and the government agencies should take to correct any negative impact the incidents had on the community. The attached status report is a summary of that meeting and further activities conducted to date.
