RESOLUTION NO. 86/ 46S
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Approving Plans and Specifications for Danville
Boulevard Culvert Outfall at La Serena Creek, Project No. 0562-6U4088-86,
in the Alamo Area.
The Public Works Director has filed this day with the Board of Supervisors,
Plans and Specifications for Danville Boulevard Culvert Outfall at La Serena Creek.
The general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum rates paid
on this project, have been filed with the Clerk of this Board and copies will he
made available to any interested party upon . request.
The estimated contract cost of the project is $38,500.
The project has been determined to be in compliance with the General Plan.
It has been determined that this project is exempt from CEQA requirements as a
Class 1C Categorical Exemption. The project calls for repair and alterations of
a public road culvert. ...The Board hereby concurs is said determination.
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that this project and said Plans and Specifica-
tions are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on Thursday,
August 28, 1986, at 2:00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish
Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section 20392 of the Public Contract
_Code,. inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the Valley
Pioneer. 1
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Community Development is DIRECTED
to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.
