THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on August 26 , 1986 , by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson, Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder
ABSTAIN: None

SUBJECT: Hearing on recommendation of the San Ramon Valley Area
Planning Commission on the applications filed by Bissell &
Karn, Inc. and Woodhill Development Co. (Signature
Properties) to rezone land (2661-RZ) and Development Plan
3005-85 in the Alamo area.
This being the time for hearing on recommendation of the
San Ramon Valley Area Planning Commission on the applications filed
by Bissell & Karn, Inc. (applicant) and Woodhill Development Co.
(Signature Properties) (owner) , to rezone land (2661-RZ) from
General Agricultural District (A-2) to Planned Unit District (P-1 )
and for approval of Development Plan 3005-85 in the Alamo area; and
Harvey Bragdon, Director of Community Development, com-
mented that the developer had not yet been able to sign an agreement
with the Alamo Improvement Association and therefore, he requested
the Board to continue the matter to September 16 , 1986.
The Board, having been advised that a hearing on this
matter had already been continued to September 9 , 1986 , agreed to
continue today' s hearing so that it will be held in conjunction with
the previously continued hearing.
Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on
applications filed by Bissell & Karn, Inc. and Woodhill Development
Co. (Signature Properties) to rezone land (2661-RZ) and Development
Plan 3005-85 in the Alamo area is CONTINUED to September 9 , 1986 at
2 :30 p.m.
