SUBJECT: Lease for Probation Department and Supervisor, District V
Specific Request(s) or Recommendation(s) & Background & Justification
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE they Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Lease with Delta Community Services, Inc. for
the premises at 724 Third Street, Brentwood, for continued occupancy by the
Probation Department and Supervisor, District V, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the budget of the Probation
Department and Supervisor, District V.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space as requested by the
Probation Department and Supervisor, District V.
