HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08191986 - 1.5 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 19, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 86/501 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6764, Oakley Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6764, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Ralph Garrow, Inc. , subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement; Said documents were accompanied by: I . Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 112144, dated August 5 , 1986) in the amount of $1 ,300 made by Ralph Garrow, Inc. B. Additional security in the form of a ,corporate surety bond dated August 1 , 1986, and issued by Developers Insurance Company (Bond No. 9317455) with Ralph Garrow, Inc. as principal , in the amount of $111,600 for faithful performance and $56,450 for labor and materials. II . Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1985-86 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1986-87 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1986, is included in the tax lien for Subdivision 6664; III . Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code in the form of a surety bond, was posted by Subdivision 6664, approved by this Board on May 6, 1986, and is on file with the Clerk of. the Board; Said Subdivision is in the Oakley Area of Benefit as established by Board Resolution No. 85/97, which provides for the collection of fees at the time the Subdivision final may is filed. It was the intent, however, that the fees be .collected when the building permits are issued, not when the final map is filed. Box 367 Antioch, CA 94509 f Developers Insurance Company 333 Wilshire Ave. Anaheim, CA 92801 BO:19.t8 RESOLUTION NO. 86/501 Approve Final Map and Sub Agree for Sub 6764, Oakley Area August 19, 1986 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the " Area of Benefit fees be collected with the issuance of building permits.
