Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County Sanitation District No. 19, a Lease commencing May 1, 1986, to B and D Company for occupancy under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease. II. Financial Impact: Revenue Lease. Income to Sanitation District No. 19 of $500.00 per year. III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide parking as required for Use Permit 3028-85.
