The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
It is the intent of this Board to construct a Sheriff's Patrol, Investiga-
tion, and Communications Administration Building on a portion of the Juvenile Hall
grounds included in the Deed, and Lease with Options to Purchase Juvenile Hall
between the County and the Board of Retirement of the Contra Costa County Employees
Retirement Association.
A Quitclaim Deed from the Board of Retirement for that portion of the
Juvenile Hall grounds has been presented to. this Board along with an Amendment to the
Deed, and Lease with Options to Purchase Juvenile Hall, excluding that same portion
of the grounds from the lease.
This Board has determined its desire to accept said Quitclaim Deed and
hereby RESOLVES that said Quitclaim Deed is ACCEPTED.
This Board further RESOLVES that the Amendment to the Deed, and Lease with
Options to Purchase Juvenile Hall is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman of the Board is
AUTHORIZED to EXECUTE said Amendment on behalf of the County.
It is finally RESOLVED that this Resolution, said Quitclaim Deed, and said
Amendment shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa
County, California.
PASSED by the Board on August 12, 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers
NOES: None
