certain tax liens.
2. AUTHORIZE execution of agreement for construction of private
improvements in Subdivision 4824, Concord area.
3. FIX July 27, 1976 at times indicated for hearings on Planning
Commission recommendations to rezone land as follows:
10:50 a.m. Debolt Civil Engineering (2007-RZ), Danville
area; and
10:55 a.m. R. A. Vail & Associates (1856-RZ), Knightsen
area.
4. Fix August 3, 1976 at 10:35 a.m. for hearing on Planning
Commission reco=, endation with respect to reauest of Benn
&: Hannum (1682-RZ) to rezone land in the Byron area.

7. LETTER from Chief Administrative Officer, Bay Area Sewage
Services Agency, advising that the Board of Trustees of
said Agency has approved its 1976-1977 budget and the
county's apportionment of costs is ;59,711. REFER TO
COUNTY ADMIINISTRATOR AND COUNTY AUDITOR-CONTROLLER
8. LETTER from Public Housing Director, Housing Authority of
the City of Richmond, requesting that the county taxes
for its 1975 Pilot program be forgiven due to nonroutine
expenditures which have been deferred due to insufficient
funds provided under Performance Funding. REFER TO COUNTY
COUNSEL AND COUNTY AUDITOR-CONTROLLER FOR REC U-1ENDATION
9. LETTER from President, Board of Directors of Danville Station
Homeowners Association, objecting to proposed Cable-Vision
rate increase and the company's moratorium on cable
television installations until new rates are approved.

workers.

on Aging, urging that early appointment of Director of
the Office on Aging be made and offering assistance with
respect to final selection.

3. Social Service. Transfer $161,000 from the AFDC-BHI
budget to General Assistance and reduce budget by
$119,000 of unrealized revenue.
4. Auditor-Controller (Indemnities) . Add $4,893 for cost of
various settlement of court actions against the County
and search and rescue charges from other counties.

Item 1. PACHECO BOULEVARD - ACCEPT DEED AND APPROVE AGREEMENT -
Martinez Area
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors accept a
Grant Deed and approve a Deferred Improvement Agreement,
both dated June 18, 1976, for road purposes from Billings
Plumbing, Inc. and authorize the Public Works Director to
execute the Deferred Improvement Agreement on behalf of
the County.
The documents are required as a condition of approval of
Land Use Permit 2002-76.

SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT V
Item 2. LAND USE PERMIT 2162-75 - APPROVE AGREEMENT - Antioch Area
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the
Road Improvement Agreement for Land Use Permit 2162-75 and
authorize the Public Works Director to sign on their behalf.
This Agreement is a temporary Agreement to be replaced by a
Deferred Improvement Agreement as required by the Conditions
of Approval.
Location: Land Use Permit 2162-75 is located on the south
side of Wilbur Avenue adjacent to the State Highway.

Item 3. HIGHWAY USERS TAX APPORTIONMENT
The Controller of the State of California advises that the
June, 1976 apportionment of highway users taxes to Counties
has been completed and that a warrant in the amount of
$373,745.51 has been mailed to Contra Costa County as its
share of these taxes. Total 1975-76 apportionment is
$4,269,106 which is $95,577 more than received in the previous
year. It is, however, $180,894 less than the original revenue
projection for 1975-76. (B&S)
Item 4. CONTRA COSTA COUNTY WATER AGENCY
The Delta Water Quality Report is submitted for the Board of
Supervisors` information and public distribution. No action
required. (EC)
NOTE
