SUBJECT: Lease for Supervisor, District V
PECIFIC REQUEST OR RECOMMENDATIONBACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Lease commencing August 1, 1986, with
Leland Regency Plaza for the premises at 300 East Leland Street, Suite 100,
Pittsburg, for occupancy by the Supervisor, District V, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
DETERMINE that the above project is a Class 27 Categorical Exemption under
the California Environmental Quality Act.
DIRECT the Director of General Services to FILE a Notice of Exemption with the
County Clerk.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the budget of the Board of
Supervisors.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space as requested by the
Supervisor, District V.
