In the Matter of Transfer
of Sheriff' s Communications Resolution No. 86/ 400
Technician Personnel to the
General Services Department
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HEREBY RESOLVES THAT:.
I. Effective July 1, 1986 the persons and positions listed on attachement A
are transferred from Sheriff' s Agency 25 (0255/2511) to General Services
Agency 66 (0060/4285).
2. For the purposes of layoff, the departmental seniority of incumbents
transferred to the General Services Department as a.,result of reorganization
ordered by the Board of Supervisors shall commence on the first day of
their merit system appointment in the department from which they are trans-
ferred, adjusted to include previous seniority eligible service in all
departmental functions being transferred.
