Wilson R/W Contract Patricia F. Wilson Payment is for 112 square feet of land in fee required for the DA 56 Lake Alhambra project. Payee and Grantor Document Date Escrow Number Amount Beverly G. Hammons Easement Deed 6/4/86 Beverly G. Hammons $250.00 R/W Contract Payment is for a permanent easement encompassing 452 square feet of land and temporary construction area required for the DA 56 Lake Alhambra project. The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of Way Contracts on behalf of the District. The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue checks to the payees in the amounts specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for delivery.
