Code Sec. 255M.6 SUBJECT: Grant Easement to City of Antioch Project No. 5300-6G5902 Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the Governing Body of the Riverview Fire Protection District of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired the real property on July 1 , 1977 in Antioch, known as Assessor' s Parcel 074-080-026, for Fire District purposes. The Board FINDS that the conveyance of an easement over a portion of said property as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to the City of Antioch is in the Public interest and that the conveyance of said easement for storm drain and sewer purposes will not substantially conflict or interfere with the use of said property by the district. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said easement to The City of Antioch, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of the District. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Grant of Easement to be delivered to the grantee. The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and DETERMINES that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines and Section 15112 of the State CEQA Guidelines , and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. 1 hereby certify that'this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
