SUBJECT: Revenue Lease with Bi-Bett Corporation
SPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended .Action: AUTHORIZE the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease commencing June 1, 1986, with
Bi-Bett Corporation for the premises at . 2090 Commerce Avenue, Concord, for
continued occupancy by the Bi-Bett Corporation, under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Income is credited to the Health Services Department.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Continue to provide space for a detoxifi-
cation facility operated by the tenant under the terms of a contract with the
County.
