Adopted this Order on July 22, 1986 by the following vote:

NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Approving Plans and Specifications for Las Trampas Creek
Bank Repair Project at Victoria Avenue, Project No. 7505-6F8006-86 ,
Lafayette Area.
WHEREAS the Chief Engineer has filed this day with the Board of Supervisors,
as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conserva-
tion District, Plans and Specifications for Las Trampas Creek Bank Repair Project
at Victoria Avenue; and
WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum
rates paid on this project, have been filed with the Clerk of the Board and
copies will be made available to any interested party upon request; and
WHEREAS the estimated contract cost of the project is $102,350; and
WHEREAS this emergency project is considered exempt from the requirements
of CEQA in accordance with Section 15071(a) "Emergency Project" , of the California
Environmental Quality Act.
% IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that said Plans and Specifications are hereby
APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on Thursday, August 14, 1986 , at
2 :00 p.m. , and the Clerk of the Board is DIRECTED to to publish Notice to
Contractors in accordance with Section 21191 of the Public Contract Code, inviting
bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the Contra Costa Times .
