Center Administrator r i i I� RESOLUTION WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors, Contra Costa County, has been advised by the California State Department of Education that the Contra Costa County Boys' Rehabilitation Center at Byron, California is eligible to receive federal surplus foods under certain terms and conditions, and WHEREAS these terms and conditions are that the county is responsible for the food program at the Boys' Rehabilitation Center and that a minimum of fifteen (15) youths are being served per day, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors certifies that the said terms and conditilns have been met, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of the Contra Costa County Boys' Rehabilitation Center is authorized to execute on behalf of the county an agreement for the distribution of surplus foods donated by the federal government.
