The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
! In 1984 this Board formed (Resolution No. 84/440 ) Zone A
of County Service Area P-2 (CSA P-2) covering the Blackhawk area.
In order to provide for the implementation and administration of
extended police services within the remainder (the Alamo area)
of CSA P-2, this Board takes the following actions :
1. That portion (the Alamo area) of Contra Costa County
Service Area P-2 described in attached Exhibit "A" is established
as Zone B of County Service Area P-2.
2. This Board authorizes the formation of a citizen
advisory committee for Zone B subject to its approval of appoint- .._
ments thereto. The current serving CSA P-2 Citizen Advisory
Committee is Hereby reconstituted and appointed as the Zone B
Citizen Advisory Committee.
3 . No affected properties will be taxed for any existing
bonded indebtedness or contractual obligations as a result of
the formation of Zone B.
4. The Clerk of this Board shall cause the filing of .a
statement of the creation of Zone B to be made with the County
Assessor and the State Board of Equalization (in Sacramento)
pursuant to Government Code §§54900-54902 . The filing shall '.
include a map or plot indicating the boundaries of Zone B.

AYES: Supervisors Powers , McPeak, Torlakson , Fanden.
NOES: None ,
ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder ,
ABSTAIN: None ,
