SPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) OR REOOMMETIDIA'L'ION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: AU180RIZE the Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a lease commencing June 1, 1985, with Margaret M. Morgan Trust for the premises at 2450 Stanwell Drive, Concord, for continued occupancy by the Social Services and Health Services Departments, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said lease. II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the Social Service and Health Services Department budgets. III.
