SUBJECT: Lease for Social Service Dept.
SPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) OR REOOMMETIDIA'L'ION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AU180RIZE the Chairwoman of the Board of Supervisors to
EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a lease commencing June 1, 1985, with Margaret
M. Morgan Trust for the premises at 2450 Stanwell Drive, Concord, for continued
occupancy by the Social Services and Health Services Departments, under the terms
and conditions more particularly set forth in said lease.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the Social Service and
Health Services Department budgets.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space as requested by the
Social Service and Health Services Departments.

continued occupancy by the Health Services Department, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.

Services Department budget.
