At 12: 00 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street , Martinez . The following Board members attended the closed session. Supervisor Nancy Fanden, Chairwoman Supervisor Tom Powers Supervisor Robert Schroder Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak Supervisor Tom Torlakson At 2: 30 P .M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda . CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - August 6 , 1985 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1. This Board will hold a closed session with Counsel to receive confidential legal advice subject to the attorney- client privilege (Evid.Code 5§950 ff. ) . C-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956. 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The title is Bankhead Ranch v. J. R. Olsson, et. al. D-1. This Board will hold a closed session to give instructions to its negotiators regarding real property. The real property is owned by the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) and is within the Pleasant Hill BART Redevelopment Project Area. The real property involved is proposed for the Oak Road Re-alignment, Treat Boulevard widening and the Jones Road Extension. The person (s) with whom the negotiator may negotiate are representatives of BART. D-2. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. To state the title would jeopardize the Board ' s ability to conclude existing settlement nego- tiations to its advantage .
