The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of Contract Change Order Nos. 15, 16 and 3 (supplement 1) for Assessment District 1981-1 in the amount of $4,240.00 to compensate the contractor', Gallagher & Burk, Inc. , for installation of electrical undergrounding for Pacific Gas & Electric. The Public Works Director has reported that said change order and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00. 11 IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director nils AUTHORIZED to execute the contract change orders. 1 hereby certify tha:this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
