AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Authorize Contract Change Orders, Assessment District 1981-1,
W.O. 5474, Danville/San Ramon Area.
The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of
Contract Change Order Nos. 15, 16 and 3 (supplement 1) for Assessment
District 1981-1 in the amount of $4,240.00 to compensate the contractor',
Gallagher & Burk, Inc. , for installation of electrical undergrounding for
Pacific Gas & Electric.
The Public Works Director has reported that said change order
and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00.

IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director nils
AUTHORIZED to execute the contract change orders.
