IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that a portion of the Offer of Dedication described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shown on the Subdivision Map of E1 Sobrante
Manor Unit No. 3 dated January 10, 1942 and recorded in Book 25 of Maps at page
862, was previously accepted for recording purposes only and is hereby ACCEPTED:
Said property was dedicated to the County in connection with the E1 Sobrante
Manor Unit No. 3 Subdivision. .
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have this Board Order recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder.
I hereby certify tha',ihls is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

A portion Of that parcel of land shown as a 5.00 foot strip of land immediately
adjacent to the east line of Maloney Road (now Appian Way) and the west line
of Lots 239 and 240 as said Road and Trots are shown on the map of "El Sobrante
Manor Unit No. 3" filed January 10, 1942 in Book 25 of Maps at Page 862
Records of Contra Costa County, California., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Appian way said point being at the
prolongation of the south line of said Lot 239. as said Wt is shown on said map
(25 M 862) ; thence along the east line of Appian Way, North 20 271 24" West
66.00 feet to the westerly prolongation of the north line of that parcel of land
described in the deed to Ronald E. Jackson recorded April 27, 1962 in Book
4107 of official .Records at Page 855 Records of said County; thence leaving
the east line of Appian way along the westerly prolongation of said north line
of said Jackson parcel North 870 281 26" East 5.00 feet to the northwest corner
