IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the following Right of Way Contract is
APPROVED, and the following Grant Deed is ACCEPTED:

Contract and
Grant Deed 7-08-85
Payment is for 91 square feet of vacant land required for the Appian Way Road
Widening project.
The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the above Right of
Way Contract on behalf of the County.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have said Grant Deed recorded in
the office of the County Recorder.
The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to draw a warrant to the payee
in the amount specified to be forwarded to the County Real Property Division for
delivery.
