ABSENT: Supervisors Fanden , Schroder . ABSTAIN: None . MATTER OF RECORD SUBJECT: Public Hearing on the Revenue Bond Financing for the Contra Loma Apartment Project In accordance with Section 103(K)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, the Board this day held a noticed public hearing on the proposed issuance of industrial revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,000,000, for the purpose of assisting in the financing of a multi-family residential housing facility for Contra Loma Associates, a partnership composed of Riley Bower Apartments III and FNS Mortgage Service Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Nationwide Savings, to be located on San Jose Drive approximately 1,000 feet northwest of its intersection with Buchanan Road (;' 2005 San Jose Drive), Antioch. No one appeared to express their views on the issuance of such bonds or on the nature and location of the facility proposed to be financed. The hearing was declared closed and the Board was informed that no action is required of the Board at this time. FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY. NO FORMAL ACTION TAKEN.
