C. Div. 812) ) (Ord. C. 318-2.002 & 812-10.206) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It has received a report from its Director of Planning recommending that the existing $400 per bedroom fee for interim school facilities be increased by seventy-five percent to a new per bedroom fee of $700 not to exceed $2100. This Board having considered the Planning Director's report and all other testimony received concerning this proposed fee increase HEREBY DETERMINES that on and after October 12 , 1984 the fees required to be paid pursuant to the "School Facilities Dedication Ordinance of Contra Costa County" (Ord. No. 78-10) shall be, and paid as follows: (a) $427 per bedroom in excess of one bedroom per dwelling unit not exceeding $1281 . RESOTATTniv Nin Q I r THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY , CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on September 11 , 1984 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: LZ��ci /c ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Oakley Infrastructure Implementation, Plan and SB 201 fees The Board having this day received a memorandum from the Director of Planning reporting on the use of SB 201 fees for interim school facilities in impacted or overcrowded school districts; and The Board having also received a status report from the Director of Planning on the implemenation of the Oakley infrastructure plan , which report contained a recommendation that the Board authorize negotiation of a contract with Ralph Anderson and Associates for a total amount not to exceed $30,000, including County staff support and contract administration costs , for the preparation of a financing plan; a recommendation for a method of consultant payment; a recom- mendation that the Finance Committee study the matter of usage of SDAF funds , and that the Director of Planning report back to the Board with respect to the contract and consultant payment negotiations and with a recommendation on the composition of a steering committee; The Board having discussed the matter in some detail and having adopted Resolution No . 84/552 increasing interim school facilities fees ; IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the report and recommendations from the Director of Planning on the implementation of the Oakley infrastructure plan and the method for financing same is REFERRED to the County Administrator and the Finance Committee (Supervisors R . I . Schroder and S . W . McPeak) .
