Assessor's Parcel No.188-090-005. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Alan J. Sternberg and Amy R. Sternberg, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 16-84. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements alonq Castle Hill Road which is located in the Walnut Creek area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED. Sternberg 7 Redwood Circle Lafayette, CA 94549 00$09 BO:11.t9 rrK3)� ORDINANCE NO. 84-5 (Correcting Numbering of Section 530-2.103, added by :Ordinance 84-13) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provi- sions of the County Ordinance Code) : SECTION I. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to renumber Section 30-2.103, Penalties, added by Section I of Ordinance No. 84-13, to Section 530-2.1003. SECTION II. Section 530-2.103, Penalties, added by Section I of Ordinance No. 84-13, is hereby repealed, but the identical provisions are readopted in Section III, as Section 530-2.1003. SECTION III. Section 530-2.1003 is added to the Ordinance Code, to read: 530-2.1003. Penalties. Pursuant to Section 51-4.404, every violation of this division is a mis- demeanor and punishable as such, except that failure to file a timely report as required by Section 530-2.802 is an infraction punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100). (Ords. 84- , 84-13, 84-9. ) SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective ,30 days after passage, and within 15 days after passage shall be published once, with the names of the supervisors voting for and against it, in the Martinez News Gazette , a newspaper published in this County.
