RESOLUTION NO. 84/511
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Approving Plans and Specifications for Miner
Road Slide Repair, Federal Storm Damage Repair Project, ER-1116(10) ,
Project_ No. 0671-6R6720-83, Orinda Area.
The Public Works Director has filed this day with the Board of Super-
visors, Plans and Specifications for Miner Road Slide Repair,
_ Said plans and specifications provide for the closure of Miner Road
to through traffic from 2000 feet east of Ranch Road to 1100 feet west
of Honey Hill Road for approximately 4 weeks.
The general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be the minimum
rates paid on this project, have been filed with the Clerk of this Board
and copies will be made available to any interested party upon request.
The estimated contract cost of the project is $138,075.00.
This emergency project is considered exempt from the requirements
of CEQA in accordance with Section 15071(a). "Emergency Projects" of the
California Environmental Quality Act. The Board hereby concurs in said
determination.
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that this project and said Plans and
Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be. received
on Thursday, September 13, 1984 at 2:00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board
is directed to publish Notice to Contractors in accordance with Section
1072 of the Streets and Highways Code, inviting bids for said work, said

Board of Supervisors on the date show.
