RESOLUTION NO. 84/512
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Supplement No. 35 to County-State Master Agreement
No. 04-5928. Storm Damage Repair (Emergency Relief) Marsh Creek Road,
Clayton Area. Project No. ER-1116(6) (0671-6R6709)
Whereas a County-State Master Agreement No. 04-5928 for Federal
Aid Projects has been approved by the Board on June 21, 1977; and
On the recommendation of the Public Works Director, IT IS BY
THE BOARD RESOLVED that he be AUTHORIZED to execute Program Supplement
No. 35 of said agreement providing $309,000.00 in Federal funds for storm
damage repair (Emergency relief) on Marsh Creek Road, one mile west of
Morgan Territory Road, in the Clayton area.

Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
