HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08211984 - 1.14 ( ,j4 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on August 21, 1984 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivision 6017, Tassajara Area. On August 23, 1983, this Board resolved that the improvements in Subdivision 6017 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Land Factors, Inc. and Realty Factors, Inc. and now on the recommen- dation of the Public Works Director; The Board hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion and acceptance; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 60766, dated January 12, 1983) to Land Factors, Inc. , pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
