Orr heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SECURITY February 10, 1981 Cash Deposit BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $850 cash security for labor and materials (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 38070, dated February 4,1981) deposited by Charles L. and Betty L. Orr be RETAINED for the six-month lien guarantee period. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road, as shown and dedicated for public use on the Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 3-80 filed February 13, 1981 , in Book 92 of Parcel Maps at page 36, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road. Miner Road Widening BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,700 cash security for performance (Auditor 's Deposit Permit No. 38070, dated February 4, 1981) to Charles L. and Betty L. Orr pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code.
