IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED:
Resolution 84/298 is amended by adding the following as part 5.
5. From June 11, 1984 , Mr. Batchelor shall be entitled to
accrue uo to 240 cumulative hours of vacation credit and shall
be allowed the use of accrued vacation credit immediately upon
employment. TAThen Resolution 81/1007 governing the compensation
of management and unrepresented employees is superseded,.
Mr. Batchelor shall be entitled to accrue the cumulative hours
of vacation credit allowed for the class of County Administrator.
