The Board having received the tax rates to be levied
on each $100 of assessed valuation of secured property and the
tax levies for fiscal year 1977-1978 computed by the County
Auditor-Controller (a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein) as required by adopted budgets of the County,
county special districts and service areas, school districts and
special education programs, other districts governed by local
boards, and other agencies for which the County collects taxes;
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the tax rates are
fixed and taxes are levied upon taxable property in accordance
with the attachments.

At 9:30 a.m. the Board recessed into Executive Session
in Room 108 of the County Administration Building Martinez,
California, pursuant to Government Code Section 957.6, to
consult with its negotiators in connection with salary matters.
The Board reconvened in its Chambers at 11:15 a.m. and
adjourned to Friday, September 2, 1977 at 9:00 a.m. to meet in
regular adjourned session in the Board Chambers, Room 107, County
Administration Building, Martinez, California.
