Costa Regional Medical Center for the period July 1,2004 through June 30,2005;and to indemnify the

SD.2 ADOPTED a position of support for SB 1525 (Speier), which would consolidate the Family
Planning Access Care and Treatment Program (Family PACT) and the Every Woman Counts
(cancer detection program) to be administered by the Office of Family Planning, to provide local
healthcare screening to uninsured County residents with incomes below 200% of the federal poverty
level; and REQUESTED that this item be presented/forwarded to the California State Association
of Counties (CSAC).
