Opportunity Council members , to attend 1984 Annual National
Community Action Agency Director Associations Conference , Las
Vegas , Nevada , September 23-26, 1984 , and authorize County
Auditor-Controller to advance $75 to each member for meals and
travel expenses; no County funds will be used for this purpose .
