Control of water hyacinths in the Delta - APPOINTED Dave Okita, Public Works Dept. , as the County contact person to coordinate the water hyacinth control program with the State Water Resources Control Board; and took other actions relative to the monitoring of the use of 2, 4-D and the legality of using Rodeo for the control of water hyacinths; and also REFERRED this matter to the Water Committee. -1- (7/26/83) • D3.
